Q. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

A. My hourly rate for bookkeeping services is $25.00.  The average small business requires a few hours per month or more, depending on transaction volume.  One way to get a ballpark estimate is to calculate 50 cents per transaction.  My fee for basic income tax returns is $30.00. Business tax returns are billed at $25.00 per hour.

Q. WHERE IS HILLSBURGH?

A. Hillsburgh is about 20 minutes from Guelph, Orangeville, Georgetown, Acton, Fergus and about 40 minutes from Brampton and Mississauga.  However, distance is unimportant since TEC Accounting offers FREE document pick-up and delivery for all bookkeeping services!

Q. WILL MY SENSITIVE FINANCIAL DATA BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?

A. Keeping clients’ information and affairs in strict confidence is a cornerstone of TEC Accounting Services. All client files are password protected. Data security is further enhanced with the use of updated anti-spyware, firewall as well as anti-virus software.
